1. Appointment Notifications
You will receive a text message the day before each scheduled clean. This is to give you time to ensure:
- Gates are unlocked
- Access is clear of obstacles
- Any dog mess is removed from access routes and around the property
If access is blocked or unsafe, we may not be able to complete the clean.
2. Pricing & First Clean Charge
- Your first clean is charged at a higher βfirst cleanβ rate. This is because it usually requires more time and water to bring the windows up to a professional standard.
- After the first clean, your windows will be placed on a regular 6-weekly schedule at the standard (cheaper) 6-weekly price.
If you skip a scheduled 6-weekly clean after the first clean, the following may apply:
- The price for the next visit may be increased back to the first clean rate if the gap between cleans has become significantly longer.
- This is due to the additional time and water needed to return your windows to the expected standard.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due on the day of each clean.
- BACS transfer is accepted (bank details provided).
Late or repeated late payment may result in suspension of service.
4. Access to Property
It is the customerβs responsibility to ensure access to all windows.
- If a gate is locked or access is otherwise blocked, only the accessible windows will be cleaned.
- In this case, 75% of the usual full clean price will still be charged.
